However, Torftech has been pioneering air frying technology since 1988, when we delivered our first TORBED processor to Farmland Snacks GmbH in Germany for industrial food processing. The TORBED processor’s innovative design allowed for efficient air frying long before the technique became mainstream. Building on this legacy, the TORWAVE processor enhances the technology further by combining conventional heat with microwave energy, enabling the air frying of larger and more complex food shapes.
