Applications they have used for include include:
(i) air popping (frying) of snacks and cereals.
(ii) pasteurisation of herbs and spices
(iii) roasting of coffee/cocoa
(iv) roasting of nuts
(v) drying of powders/starches.
Our all electric food machines have been air frying household name snacks and cereals for decades.
They come in standard sizes: T400, T750 and T1000. If these are not the right size for your application, bespoke machines can be created for what is needed.
For super accuracy and control there is our Torwave microwave equipped machine which pushes the boundaries of all electric processing.
