The accompanying picture is of a 2-stage T4500 Torbed Food Dryer. It is of large size; 5.8 metres across and over 8 metres tall. Once it has completed its journey from the workshop to its final home early in the new year, if will be used to dry many tonnes of fragile food ingredients, accurately and effectively. High volume industrial food processing indeed!
